Education and Memberships

Atlanta personal injury attorney Brandon Hornsby graduated from Florida State University in 1991.  As an undergraduate, Hornsby achieved success both scholastically and academically, being named freshman-of-the-year for his 25,000-plus student university and serving as the president of his university’s Student Government Senate and Gold Key Honor Society.

Brandon Hornsby received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law in 1994.  While in law school, Atlanta personal injury attorney Brandon Hornsby served as an Associate Editor on the Emory Law Journal and as a member of the Emory Moot Court Program. During his tenure at the Emory University School of Law, Atlanta personal injury attorney Brandon Hornsby also earned a variety of honors and awards, including the American Jurisprudence Award and first place in Emory’s intra-school moot court competition.

Atlanta personal injury attorney Brandon Hornsby is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all of the state trial and appellate courts of Georgia, the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  Hornsby is a dynamic member of both the Georgia and National legal community.  He is an active member of many legal organizations, including,  the Atlanta Bar Association, Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta, Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association and American Trial Lawyer’s Association.
